My name is Afif Sarwar. I founded Cyanide Tech with a single, ruthless objective: To kill the fluff in the MarTech industry.

The Origin Story

In 2018, I watched a venture-backed startup burn $250,000 in 30 days on “Brand Lift” campaigns. They got millions of impressions, thousands of likes, and zero profit. They went bankrupt six months later.

I realized then that the industry was lying. The big platforms (Google/Meta) want you to bid broad. The big agencies want you to spend more. I decided to go the other way. I started looking for the inefficiencies. The pricing errors. The arbitrage gaps.

I discovered that while everyone was fighting for $20 CPMs in New York, I could buy the exact same human attention in “efficiency markets” for $0.50—and monetize it through global digital products.

Why “Cyanide”?
